good morning beijing

started the journey to klia around 6.30 last night. well, left siva's class an hour earlier and right after i left the class, i got non-stop missed calls from both conrad and edward. haha, what more, of course i played with them too. after checking in our luggage, we finally had our dinner in the food court, together with aunty linda and cousin yan. as expected, flight was delayed due to the weather before this. it was almost midnight when we reached singapore change airport, and the next flight to beijing will be at 1 something, am! went a little shopping in the airport, and the sales guy there was rather rude. bought some nougats and candies and off we went to the boarding gate. journey from singapore was boring, 6 hours! i was yawning non-stop but just couldn't sleep. slept for bout 3 hours anyway, later on woke up to watch csi on the mini screen. temperature in beijing was approximately 2 - 5 degrees celcius. dad was already waiting for us at the arrival gate, immediately we went to purchase some bottled drinks from the vending machine nearby and get a cab to dad's apartment. hm, nice apartment, friendly security guards i would say. went for a shanghai lunch and did some shopping. sad to say the shopping mall was crowded with customers. besides, i was so tired at the moment after the long flight. came home after that as dad suggested that we all should rest first. slept, woke up around 5 and went out for shopping and dinner. guess what, dinner at mc donalds. haha, but mc donalds here is different from those in malaysia. did alot of shopping before that, my brothers and i got a new wind-breaker each. mom got a new pair of shoes and a new set of hat and scarf. went for a stroll later on before taking a cab home. my, it was winding and cold! even with gloves my fingers were numb. all in all, today is considered a tiring day!
