Day 6 - Summer Palace and Beijing Zoo

pizza for dinner again!! all because of little denzel! well, had fried egg with bread for breakfast, then went out at 10.30. first stop was summer palace, again, didn't tour the whole place. it's huge, man! the lake there is so wide, but frozen right now due to the temperature. wind today was extremely furious, could almost lift me up! i was chilling from top to toe then. we didn't have proper lunch today, just a few taiwanese sausages in summer palace and some instant noodles in the zoo. beijing zoo was our next destination. such a sad state that the zoo was not proper maintained. got to see giant pandas there and later bought some souvinear. most of the animals are kept indoors. haih, didn't visit the whole zoo again, missed out the aquarium, lions, tigers..... after that we went shopping, bought some more winter clothing, then had pizZa for dinner. hm, came back to dad's apartment around 7 something... that's all...
