Came back not long ago from KLIA, and i'm really dizzy right now.
This was what happened today: The plane was to depart at 8.45 in the morning. Dad woke us up around 5 something, had sausages and chocolate drink for breakfast, got ready, and we left the apartment at 6.15 sharp. The taxi driver was already waiting for us downstairs. Traffic was pretty smooth, of course, it was so early. Reached the airport in half an hour time. Dad paid the taxi driver and we went in to check our flight's counter and so on. As there was still time, we sat at the sofa there to kill time. Proceeded in after that, well, parting from dad is always not easy, but, hm~ Anyway, dad says he's going to remain in the airport till we reach the boarding room. :) Well, lots of prosedurs after that, including filling in forms, and checking in our luggages. Dad called mom's handphone a few times too, just to check whether everything was alright. The dreadful 6 hours flight from beijing to singapore was kindda shaky. Landed at Singapore Changi Airport at 3 o'clock, and off we went to do a little shopping as the gate won't be open till 4 o'clock. Well, flight from singapore to kuala lumpur wasn't that bad, luckily it's just half an hour flight, i was already feeling sick at that moment. Came down, mom bought DOM for her friend, and we went to claim our luggages. 3 checked-in luggages this time, instead of only 1 when we came. Heheh, i was seeing things spinning around me that time, dizzy! Aunty Linda and Yan were already waiting for us at the arrival hall. Headed straight to Burger King to have dinner. I ordered mushroom swiss burger plus fries but only managed to eat half of the burger. :-/ Right after i reached home (home sweet home), i ran straight to the pc, but didn't sit long there, i wasn't feeling well u know, took a bath, then went to bed. Zzz...
Ahem, i'll just sumarize a little of what i experienced throughout the whole week:
It's winter in beijing, leaves fall during autumn and right now, all the trees are bare. Guess what, even birds' nest are visible on trees.
It seldom rains there, which is why the atmosphere is dry (unlike malaysia, which is 'panas dan lembap'). Arg, it didn't rain even once when i was there, that's why i didn't get to witness snow falling from the sky! Well, due to the dryness, lips and skin crack very easily, which is what i'm experiencing now.
One thing which puzzles me is that, there's this electromagnetic current everywhere. Simple things we touch eg. the taxi, door knobs and even ppl's finger could give u a minor shock. I usually hesitate to touch the escalator's handle there, well, just in case. Maybe u can figure out why by refering to some theories in physics eh?
Wind there is really strong and chilling, when i get really cold, my fingers will hurt at its' tips and so does my toes. In Forbidden City the other day, i kept demanding to go back earlier as my ears were pain. hm?
One note: nothing is free in beijing. You even need to pay to enter a temple !
